Terms of Service

DrawnUI Fiddle (drawfiddle.com, "the Service") is an online playground where you write C# code that is compiled and rendered in your browser, and optionally share it as links, embeds and standalone web apps. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. The Service is provided as is

The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy or non-infringement. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. Shared content that is not visited for 60 days is deleted automatically — 3 days when the share carries uploaded resource files — except content listed on the Community page or belonging to a premium or administrator account, which is kept.

2. Your content, your responsibility

Everything you create with the Service — code snippets, shared fiddles, embedded widgets, exported and published applications, titles, descriptions, ratings and reports ("Your Content") — is created and controlled by you. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for what it does when it runs, on your own devices and on anyone else's.

We do not review, endorse or guarantee Your Content or any content created by other users. User code executes in the visitor's browser; we cannot and do not control what it does. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise — arising from creating, sharing, running, embedding or relying on any content produced with the Service, whether yours or someone else's.

By sharing or publishing content you confirm that you have the right to do so, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, distribute and serve that content as needed to operate the Service (short links, embeds, thumbnails, the Community page, published apps). You keep all rights to your code.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create, share or publish content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, deceptive, infringes someone's rights, contains malware, mines cryptocurrency, abuses visitors' devices, or that attempts to break, overload or probe the Service or other systems. Do not use the Service to send spam or to impersonate others.

Community listings are submitted by users and shown only after review; we may still remove any listing, share or published app, and suspend or delete any account, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

4. Accounts

Signing in requires only an email address; a one-time code is sent to it. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure. Premium features may be enabled for individual accounts at our discretion; they carry no guarantee of continued availability.

5. Published applications

Standalone apps are built from your code as you submitted it and served from our infrastructure under our domain. They are subject to storage and build quotas, may be rebuilt with newer versions of the underlying libraries, and may be removed if they breach these terms, if the account is deleted, or if the Service is discontinued. Download the zip if you need a copy you control.

6. Intellectual property

DrawnUI and DrawnUI Fiddle names and logos belong to their owners. The DrawnUI library is open source under its own licence (MIT); the Service's own code and design are ours.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

8. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard by the competent courts there. Questions, takedown requests or reports of abuse: fiddle@drawnui.net.
